i'm a little too late. i'm a little too hopeful. Time to join the masqurade again.
FA was easier than expected but made alot of silly mistakes. Floorball was ultra FUN with Vincent & zhiwei but too bad we didn't get into semi-s. At least i wouldn't be obliged to tell someone my secret. Dance class was a bummer cause i only catched the last 10 min ( hope to do better next week). Time to focus on STATS assignments & BGS projects.

Apart from all you've read about how sleep can help you lose weight, think about how lack of sleep could possiblely make you gain weight. I suppose most people think more hours awake equals more calories burnt equals less fat. COrrect? Wrong.
Think of such a scenario. (adapted from wed night)
Debbie stays up late to finish her stats assignment.She holds out till 4am before dropping dead into bed. Between 12-4 am; you have debbie trying to stay awake and energize by eating supper. She raids the fridge & chomps Cadbury Chocolate Bars Plus Birds Nest plus Hazelnut icecream(FROM THE TUB!!!) on different intervals.
Hence, staying up late gives you more calories. Plus You'd probably be lethergic like i was today. So you'd be overall less active & less likely to gym.
Late nights = FATs
Not that i care.

Staying up till 3am.Waking at 10am On any day that I have no morning class. Hence, it’s increasing my caffeine intake. I don’t know why I’m reluctant to end the night at the end of everyday. But I need to break this cycle.What am i waiting for?
Stayed up last night to watch 'Revelations' with my bro. He went to sleep. I let the TV run & ended up watching some supernatural chic flick that felt like a rock MTV.
Then i finalize the lyrics i penned. As promised to Vinc.
